Fish & Chill for iPhone and Apple Watch
Last updated: November 4, 2026

These Terms apply to the Fish & Chill game for iPhone and Apple Watch ("the App"), available on the App Store as Cozy Fishing Game & Simulator. MIKHAIL MANEV YURII, IE, 18 Aram Street, Yerevan 0010, Armenia ("we") publishes the App.

By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to your download and purchases.

Agreement between you and us

These Terms are an agreement between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.

License

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions allow. Other accounts linked to the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use the App. The game, its art, sound and code belong to us, and these Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

You may not:

Free play and in-app purchases

The App is free to download. It has no ads and no subscriptions. It offers these optional in-app purchases:

Apple shows the price before you pay and processes every payment. We never see your card or billing details. Lifetime Unlock is tied to your Apple Account, so you can get it back on your devices with Restore in the App.

Coins have no cash value. You can spend them only inside the App, and you cannot exchange or transfer them.

If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything in the App.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. This section does not limit any refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country.

Your progress and data

The App needs no account and stores your progress, including coins, on your device. If you delete the App or lose the device, that progress is gone and we cannot restore it. Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

Updates and availability

We may update the App, change its content or balance, or stop offering it on the App Store.

Maintenance and support

We, not Apple, are solely responsible for maintaining and supporting the App, as these Terms describe or as the law requires. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. For help, use our support form.

No warranty

We provide the App as is. We do not promise that it will run without errors or on every device. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. If you are a consumer, the legal guarantees of your country still apply.

We, not Apple, are solely responsible for any warranty that applies to the App and that the law does not let us disclaim. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by that failure are our responsibility.

Claims about the App

We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claim by you or a third party about the App or your possession or use of it. This includes:

If a third party claims that the App, or your possession or use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost game progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before your claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Legal compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms

You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the App, including those of your wireless data provider.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Ending these Terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the App. If you seriously break these Terms, we may end your license, and you must then stop using the App.

Governing law and consumer rights

The laws of Armenia govern these Terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms overrides those rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the App after that, the updated Terms apply to you.
