Cozy Fishing for Android and Wear OS

These Terms apply to the Cozy Fishing game for Android phones and Wear OS watches ("the App"), available on Google Play as Offline Fishing: Fish Game, package name app.buildfor.cozyfishing. MIKHAIL MANEV YURII, IE, 18 Aram Street, Yerevan 0010, Armenia ("we") publishes the App.

By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

License

We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to install and play the App on devices you own or control. The game, its art, sound and code belong to us, and these Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the App;
• modify or reverse engineer the App, except where the law allows this regardless of these Terms;
• use cheats, patches or other tools to get paid content without paying.

Free play and in-app purchases

The App is free to play down to 10 m. It has no ads and no subscriptions. It offers these optional in-app purchases:

• Full Version, a one-time purchase that unlocks the deeper rods;
• coin packs, which add in-game coins to your balance.

Google Play shows the price before you pay and processes every payment. We never see your card or billing details. Full Version is tied to your Google account, so you can restore it by signing in to Google Play with that account.

Coins have no cash value. You can spend them only inside the App, and you cannot exchange or transfer them.

If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything in the App.

Refunds

Google Play handles refunds under its refund rules. You can also write to us at the address below. This section does not limit any refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country.

Your progress and data

The App needs no account and stores your progress, including coins, on your device. If you delete the App or lose the device, that progress is gone and we cannot restore it. Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

Updates and availability

We may update the App, change its content or balance, or stop offering it on Google Play.

No warranty

We provide the App as is. We do not promise that it will run without errors or on every device. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. If you are a consumer, the legal guarantees of your country still apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost game progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before your claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending these Terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App. If you seriously break these Terms, we may end your license, and you must then stop using the App.

Governing law and consumer rights

The laws of Armenia govern these Terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms overrides those rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the App after that, the updated Terms apply to you.
